“Aces” at Sheaffer M.G.C.

The hot weather has brought out some hot shots at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course. On July 23, John Korb had his second hole-in-one of the year, and his life, on the same hole he aced on July 15. John used his trusty 9-iron again on the 126 yard, par three, #8 hole. Playing with John and witnessing the shot were Mark Ertz, Loui Mershbrock and Bob Horan.

Bill Coleman also had a hole-in-one last week on the 165 yard, par three, #11 hole with a hybrid iron. Playing with Bill were John Carlson, Gary Horstman and Jim Brown.
